 Sherry Simmons,
M.D.
Medical Director
Dr.
Sherry Simmons is a board certified physician with 19 years of post-graduate education.
Dr. Simmons has trained across the United States with plastic surgeons and
dermatologists, studying the latest techniques and innovative procedures at such
prestigious universities as Harvard, Johns Hopkins and Vanderbilt.
Dr. Simmons received her Bachelor of Science at Southern Illinois University in
Psychology and Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1990, where she graduated
Summa Cum Laude. Furthering her education, she obtained her Masters in Theology
and Counseling in 1993 from Covenant Theological Seminary. She graduated from
St. George's University School of Medicine and finished two years of
clinical/hospital work at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury,
England in 1999. Dr. Simmons then finished a surgical internship at
Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE in 2001 and her SIU Family
Practice residency in January 2004.
Dr. Simmons has earnestly researched the laser industry to bring the latest and most
innovative procedures to the area. She began working on the concept for Body
Perfect Medical Spa in early 2004 and construction on the first facility started that
summer. The doors to the first Body Perfect Medical Spa opened November 1, 2004 in
Springfield, Illinois.

 Miranda Mogle - Administrative Assistant
LASER Technician/Licensed Aesthetician
Miranda began her aesthetic training at Paris Beauty College in Concord, CA and Aesthetics Plus in Dublin, CA. She concluded her training at USCA in Springfield, IL in September, 2007. Miranda joined Body Perfect in October 2007.
Since joining Body Perfect in October 2007 Miranda has become a member of the American Society of LASERs in Medicine and Surgery and is licensed with the Aesthetic Practice Association. She is certified to operate the following LASERs: Lumenis, Eleme, Iridex, Lutronics, and Lasering USA and helps to teach medical students and residents about Body Perfect LASERs. She has HIPPA and OSHA regulation certifications.
Miranda has attended national meetings and education seminars in Chicago, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Phoenix. She assists with all office procedures and continues to stay abreast of the latest aesthetic trends.

 Courtney Staab - Licensed Aesthetician/LASER Technician
Courtney graduated from the University of Spa and Cosmetology Arts in Springfield ,IL in May 2009. She wanted to extend her education into Medical Aesthetics and had no doubt that under the direction of Dr Simmons she would be exposed to the best hands-on education available.
Courtney joined the Body Perfect family in July 2009 and is a member of the American Society of LASERs in Medicine and Surgery. She is certified to operate the following LASERs: Lumenis, Eleme, Iridex, Lutronics, and Lasering USA and has HIPPA and OSHA regulation certifications. Courtney attended the national LASER meeting in Phoenix and continues to extend her aesthetic knowledge at Body Perfect.

 Amy Davis
Amy graduated from the University of Spa and Cosmetology Arts in Springfield, IL in March, 2010. She has just recently joined the Body Perfect Staff and is anxious to further her education and training. She has attended a national education seminar in Chicago and is currently being trained to operate the following LASERs: Lumenis, Eleme, Iridex, Lutronics, and Lasering USA
